Return Process

  Contact our support team at hello@notebooktherapy.com with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original, unopened packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and remain in resalable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return label or address the package to our fulfillment center using a tracked shipping service of your choice.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
